This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Oak & Sofa Liquidators will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice. In the case that a product becomes unavailable or if there is a delay in shipping, we may, without liability, cancel your order, in which case we will refund all payments received for the order.
